Senior member of the Business Team in Qardy directly reporting to the Senior Management.
Responsible for building up strong and reliable business teams in the field, employee training, coaching, monitoring/assessment and replacement.
Responsible for ensuring that standard processes and procedures are uniformly understood and applied by field staff.
Closely cooperates with Senior Management on the key task of ensuring team strength, staff quality, standard procedures.
As part of the Business Team participates in all/assigned Business projects, participates/organizes/leads working groups, workshops, meetings, training, etc.
Leads assigned business projects.
Provides support in implementing business strategy, reaching business objectives, ensuring budget implementation.
Job Requirements
Microfinance experience is Must
Minimum 8-12 years’ business/risk experience in microfinance companies/banks building, training and managing microfinance loan officer teams.
Microfinance market knowledge.
Efficient and result oriented person.
High level of multi-tasking, time-management and organizational skills.
Experienced in conducting training and staff coaching.
Good teamwork, highest personal and professional integrity and transparency.
Ability to manage projects with limited oversight.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and evaluation skills.
Flexibility to travel on business assignments.
Good level of English.
Proficiency in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
