Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day workshop operations of repair and maintenance activities on tools and equipment for clients within the workshop.
- Maintains quality, costs, and service standards by supervising workshop floor staff.
- Ensures high focus on safe practices and compliance with stringent implementation of repair & maintenance procedures and processes.
- Provides guidance to diagnose problems and challenges as they arise and interprets procedures for best practices of repair, refurbishment and maintenance of tools & equipment.
- Prioritize and distributes tasks among shop floor staff to enhance efficiency and smooth workflow process.
- Closely observes implemented process and increases operational efficiency with proactive approach in providing support to the shop floor staff.
- Ensures API Q2 and ISO-9001 standards are followed and implemented at all times.
