Sr. Executive/Team Leader – DRM

Vrindavan, Mathura

Department: Donor Relation Management

Salary 20K To 25K CTC

Our client is a Worlds well-known Hindu Religious organization spreading Krishna Consciousness in the world, which includes five hundred major centers, temples and rural communities, nearly one hundred affiliated vegetarian restaurants, thousands of namahattas or local meeting groups, a wide variety of community projects, and millions of congregational members worldwide, initially founded in New York City in 1966. They are building the largest Krishna Temple in the world in Vrindavan.

For their office in Vrindavan, they are looking for young and energetic Donor Relationship Managers

Job Prospects

We are looking for customer relationship executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the

life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments executed to perfection atimportant stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession. Bridge between construction team & customer. Liaison of series. Database management.

Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements.

Duties & Skills

  • Co-ordinating with the internal and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logics.
  • Maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final Work Report.
  • Resolving customer queries and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

Qualification: MBA OR POST GRADUATION

Experience: 2-5years (Marketing of real estate sector)
