MTC invites HR Freshers' looking to gain industry experience to apply to our 4-8 week internship programs. As a HR Intern your roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to

• Understand the business environment and the role of a HR function.
• Work on projects related to various HR activities in the organization such as- Recruitment, Onboarding, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Benefits etc
• Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various HR activities.
• Work with Business heads and Stakeholders and provide support in achieving business goals by leveraging human resource.

Requirements

• Masters degree specializing in HR from a reputed institute. An engineering graduation will be an added advantage.
• We are looking for immediate joiner.
• Good conceptual knowledge in HR
• Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
• Any prior HR internship
• Must have a Computer, Smartphone and uninterrupted internet connection
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
