Job Description

Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, competitive Talent Acquisition Specialist that thrives in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving building Rapyder by identifying the right people accessing the fitment both from a technical and cultural perspective.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to Zoho recruit or Any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an added advantage
  • Excellent spoken and verbal communication.
  • Should be very Pro-active and be able to multi-task
  • Should have the ability to drive employee engagement initiatives.

Qualification:

  • 2+ Years with at least 2 years in similar operations role; with any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A diploma or an MBA in HR/ Sales/ Marketing would be an advantage.
