Job Description
- Hitting sales targets successfully.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new vendors and competition status.
- Coordinate upselling and cross selling effort with team members and other departments.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement (cross-selling and upselling)
