Indoor Sales "Plant Spare Parts Sourcing"

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expert in analyse technical Industrial Plant spare parts requirements (Must )
• Prepare and review purchase requisitions and assist with purchase orders, and invoices
• Report results for weekly and monthly RFQ/Quotations/Won percentage
• Research to find supplier for non-stock item purchases locally and globally
• Evaluate New vendors based on quality ,delivery and references
• Work with outside vendors and equipment suppliers to maintain updated part numbers, records of certificate of insurance, and safety rules and regulations
• Source non-inventoried items and maintain weekly records
• Advanced online search & comparison
• Negotiation for price & delivery
• Expert in Sourcing from not register vendors ( Must )
• Can Prosses 10~20 RFQ on daily
• Expert in Plant Spare Part sourcing

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years Experience in Industrial plants Sourcing (KSA)

-Minimum 3 years Experience in Industrial plants drawing understanding

-Minimum 3 Years material sourcing experience for Maaden,Marafiq,MASA,SABIC,SADARA,SEC,SWCC

-Engineering degree

-Must be inside Saudi Arabia & can join us within 60 days
