POSITION
The Pre-Sales Executives is responsible for managing all Pre- Sales activities related to the organization such as Marketing Strategy, Campaign Designs, Campaign Email Management, Customer Follow ups, Sales CRM Management and Data Management and others. The incumbent in this position will also be responsible for taking the services of the company to the Audience and Communicating this in the most creative and meaningful way to generate leads.

Presales Executive
1. Campaigns
- Create different email campaigns using zoho campaigns with analytics integrated
- Run different marketing campaigns to different user bases.
2. Internal Marketing
- should maintain a strong internal marketing strategy and there by spread it across to the external world for a better reach.
- Should be a people oriented person to interact with different employees to improve marketing efforts.
3. Brochure designing and email templates creation.
- Need to create different brochure using simple campaign tolls or interact with vendors in getting the brochures designed and completed
- Should be responsible for interacting with different internal team to collect the required information and coming out with a plan on the design overview.
4. Presentation
- Need to work on the content internally and design inputs.
- Has to alter the existing the ppt or create new PPTs.
- Needs to present Abhyaz managed services or other products to customer.
5. Customer follow-up
- Need to follow up with customers on sales follow-up.
6. Sales tools
- Need to learn in depth in Zoho CRM and responsible for data management, creating work flows etc.
- Should learn analytics tools and able to build different analytics dashboard.
- Sales tool integration.
