POSITION
The Marketing Executive is responsible for managing all Marketing related activities within the organization such as managing website, marketing collateral creation, Social Media Management, Marketing communication activities and working with Marketing Vendor teams in driving activities. The incumbent in this position will also be responsible for managing interns for the company.
Key Interactions: Management, Sales Head, Operations Team, Project Management Teams, Accounts, Marketing and Website Management Vendors, PR Vendors, and others
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Executive
1. Website Management
- Working with internal team to getting the website content and requirement consolidated and confirmed.
- Working with the vendor in getting new updates and contents on site.
- ensuring the data in site is correct and should be able to collaborate and resolve if there is any issue.
- Should have some basic knowledge on wordpress and plugins, ecommerce etc.
2. Marketing communication planning.
- Should collaborate with internal and COE team to create monthly/ weekly marketing communication plan and execute it.
- Should ensure all the company events are maintained in a database and communicated accordingly
3. Social media Marketing
- Should be a socially connected persons and should handle companies social media pages.
- Create different contents and post it in social media Via zoho social
- keep optimizing social media pages and ensure the statistics are maintained in terms of visitors, followers etc.
- Creation of videos and maintaining our video channels as well.
4. Handling marketing interns and getting work done through them.
- We will also be hiring a lot of marketing interns to perform a lot of marketing work. The Candidate has to run the marketing intern campaigns every week along with the HR team to identify the MArketing interns.
- The candidate has to handle them in terms of listing out the different work (JD) as a course in moodle.
- Monitoring them, giving feedback along with the Marketing head.
- Ensuring the work completion of the interns.
5. Reviews.
- The candidates should create a proper review plan in place to ensure the work is going in right pace, completion.
- Drive the marketing vendor review process and ensure a proper execution is going on.
