Job Description
SUMMARY
The Systems Analyst studies the organization’s current computer systems and procedures and recommends changes to programs, systems, and planning, to help information technology (IT) operate more efficiently and effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult with business managers to determine how best to meet the organization's requirements.
- Lead, configure and implement Dynamics D365 for your customers with a focus on Retail/Commerce processes in Backoffice, POS and ecom.
- You use your knowledge of business processes and Dynamics D365 to develop solution concepts.
- Collect the requirements, make a design of the solution that supports and optimizes the business processes of our customers in the best way.
- Ensure that the desired solution is delivered, tested and implemented.
- Coach less experiences colleagues and you can of course also be coached by the solution architect.
- You also contribute to any aftercare, such as organizing and providing workshops for user
