Job Description
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing planning and sales budget management functions.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
- Oversee daily operations of sales and marketing department.
- Manage the preparation of the official monthly and annual sales report.
- Manage the preparation of annual sales budget and coordinate with the company controller the sales outlooks and sales target.
- Work with other department managers and corporate staff to develop sales budget and production plan.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
