Develop NLP AI solutions to address both immediate needs and long-term strategic opportunities.

Build novel NLP AI algorithms to develop quick Proof of Concepts (POC) and take ownership around projects to demonstrate utilization, the value that leads to scalable, production-ready solutions.

Stay up to date on developments in the field and propose long-term capability buildup.

Leverage experience with systems and application development to identify NLP AI capabilities to help build scalable, robust, resilient, automated processes.

Run tests, perform statistical analysis, and interpret test results.

Properly document experiments and work.
