Job Description
- Plan and execute the most exciting audio artist strategy, organic and paid
- Develop content strategies and programmes
- Regularly review competitors' content strategies and ensure WOLF is the best
- Lead WOLF’s Content team, from planning and executing specific festivals, events and shows, to incentivising the existing community to produce ever-more high-quality content
- Oversee our talent development and promotion programme, WOLFStars. Identify and develop emerging talents as part of WOLFStars, driving them to create ever-more popular content and promote it outside the app to bring in new uses
- Support the most successful WOLFStars talent in terms of preparing them to deliver their songs, stand-up comedy sets and so on, in media outside of the app. Manage them in terms of PR training to ensure they get maximum exposure for themselves and the WOLF brand
