The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from Legal firms and individuals with previous experience of relevance.

The purpose of the assignment is to provide Legal consultancy on policies and regulations to the coalition consultant to help produce two policy papers addressing priority challenges faced by businesswomen (the first demanding the Central Bank of Jordan to oblige banks to submit gender segregated financing reports mainly on value of financing facilities and loans provided to SMEs and the second to the MoIT to establish a hotline for women owned businesses managed by women to provide them with clear guidance on understanding governmental policies and procedures.

As well as in how to comply with all required governmental laws, especially for social security, tax department and Ministry of Trade and Industry. This will support entrepreneurs in better understanding the requirements, the steps and application methods.), and to help in the advocacy regarding the implementation of the outcome of the policy papers
