Job Description
- Ensures optimal utilization of staff time and balances workload among team members on fair basis
- Manages the preparation of the engagement plan and ensures appropriate resources are assigned.
- With assistance of Senior Manager / Director / Principal, summarizes the key areas of the engagement for the Partner.
- Adheres to the Office code of conduct, office protocol, dress code and other HR policies
- Identifies and proposes solutions to resource problems
- Optimizes profitability on each client through engagement efficiencies and value pricing.
- Ability to take responsibility with highest level of integrity.
