Job Description
- To ensure that external staff who have critical roles requested by departments are being provided at all times
- To ensure that labourers required to fill critical roles are being provided in a timely and cost effective manner.
- To receive a copy of the monthly invoices from the suppliers and check the accuracy against actual work done and the contract.
- To consolidate all invoices after obtaining approval of user departments on the workload indicated in the invoice and attached documents.
- To input the invoice information in the designated system repository and maintain the data for reporting purposes.
