Job Description
- Direct, optimize and coordinate the full life cycle of an order
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues in the dispatching process or delivery system
- Analyze and monitor the performance of both drivers and restaurants to ensure compliance
- Set improvement action plans for drivers who need to improve
- Manage the delivery supervisors to ensure the completion of their day-to-day tasks
- Identify, propose improvements of procedures and reports to support the ongoing development of logistics
- Work closely with the drivers to enhance their performance through weekly audits, coaching, mentoring, and leading
- Report to third-party suppliers any issues or challenges arising from the drivers they provide and try to develop workable solutions to overcome them.
- Participate in driver recruitment and follow up on their onboarding and training
