Job Description
- Develop and lead the execution of WEELA legal and policy reform strategy
- Design activities to support effective implementation of and voluntary compliance with policies and regulations that support equal and safe workforce participation of women
- Work with public and private sector stakeholders, quasi government institutions and women s business associations, and women s leadership and advocacy groups to guide the development and enforcement of equitable and business friendly policies to promote women s workforce participation.
