Job Description
- Leads the implementation of solutions and action plans for O&M performance enhancements.
- Monitors water quality and environmental compliance and implementation of actions plans to address quality issues.
- Realizes improvements to efficiency of scattered house connections execution and ensures that new connections are registered.
- Define operation and maintenance standards, policies and procedures.
- Set performance measures for operation and maintenance.
- Monitor operation, maintenance, house connections and filling station activities and report the performance levels.
- Provide CBU with direction and technical expertise and support them when needed.
- Set laboratory policies, procedures and water and waste water quality standards.
- Monitor the water quality levels measured in regional laboratories and initiate corrective action planning when necessary.
- Identify key improvement areas in operations and maintenance domain.
