Work with the C+P Portfolio in the creative development of the annual conference theme.
Responsible for creating a cohesive graphic identity for the conference based on the C+P Portfolio theme vision.
Create a branding package to clearly communicate visual identity guidelines for the Planning Committee’s use of the graphic identity.
Responsible for the creation of advertisements and multimedia promotional material based on graphic identity (including concept, design, layouts, graphics and printing)
Anticipate the planning committee needs by reviewing design examples from previous years
Assist the C+P Director and Promotions Coordinator with promotions and communications via print and electronic media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
Support the execution of the SLC Communications & Promotions Plan
Assist the C+P Portfolio in coordinating photography and video efforts on the conference day
Ensure that all visual content (printed and online) adheres to the visual identity
Oversee communications needs on the day of the SLC.
