Job Description
- Introduction and the methodology used to conduct the assessment. To be shared and discussed with ACTED.
- Examining landscape, challenges, constrains and processes of public policy making and monitoring in the sectors of environment and education.
- Elaborating on specific policies related to public services, public spending, and policy planning in the targeted sectors.
- Mapping of key stakeholders in these sectors who are playing a substantial role in creating public policies in Jordan.
- Identifying existing efforts in public policies monitoring in these sectors.
- Identifying regulations, if any, on how to control public policy monitoring in Jordan.
