- You are responsible for overseeing the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section and respective section of each subordinate associate in meeting dictated product standards.
- 3 years of Culinary experience in a five star luxury property and at least a year on the same level.
- High school or equivalent education required (Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred).
