You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe purpose of this role is to manage, monitor and review the planning and tracking of exams capacity/resources requirements against demand for venues and venue staff while maintaining agility and ensuring contingency and cost efficiency. This is to include developing a workforce plan, resource engagement/retention strategy, succession planning and monitoring performance to ensure the right level of customer experience.
It also involves maintaining the integrity of the end to end handling and movement of confidential materials in and out of the Confidential Materials Room (CMR).
In addition to providing finance leadership towards increasing efficiencies and effectiveness of exams operations including finance development programme for more effective and efficient working and leading on the systems and change management activities surrounding the transition of our operations on the lines of GNOME (Global new operating model for exams).
Full Time
