About the Job
The E&M Quality Engineer will be reporting to the Project Quality Manager and will be in charge of the following for the Electromechanical works:
- Check and Review the Material Submittals;
- Control the Material Inspection and Delivery on site;
- Review all independent laboratory test results submitted by the Contractors as part of the material approval process;
- Assist in checking the method statements proposed by the contractors;
- Assist in following the Quality of the executed works and randomly check the site ITPs;
- To witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as applicable / if required;
- To witness tests required as part of the commissioning of the work;
- Assist in controlling the Electromechanical Site Quality issues, for example but not limited to; the Ascertainment of Facts, Site Notes and Site Non-conformances and related Corrective Actions
