About the Role:
As a Quality Check Intern at IIDE s Lower Parel office you will play a crucial role in reviewing and ensuring the quality of tasks associated with the virtual internship program (IIDE s Virtual Internship Program is a onemonth internship welcoming participants from across the globe who work on tasks assigned by various departments at IIDE). In this role you will be responsible for managing communications via WhatsApp and email providing timely reports overseeing sessions and ensuring quality assurance. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the digital marketing and education industry.
What Youll Do:
Internship Program Management:
Review and ensure the quality of tasks related to the virtual internship program.
Handle communications efficiently via WhatsApp and Email.
Share timely reports and conduct doubtsolving sessions for interns.
Feedback and Performance Monitoring:
Check all intern tasks provide appropriate feedback and review completion certificates.
Conduct regular followups with interns to correct task feedback and submit tasks by deadlines using various communication channels.
Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance the internship programs standards.
Research and Data Accuracy:
Build conduct and maintain comprehensive research and ensure the accuracy of data received from interns.
Provide insights to help improve the internship programs processes and outcomes.
Additional Duties:
Take initiatives to improve the overall internship processes & experience.
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Requirements
Who You Are:
MustHave:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs Sheets Zoom etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
Access to a personal laptop.

Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
