Fullstack Developer

This is a remote position.

• Build test deploy and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET Visual Studio C# JavaScript CSS React and SQL Server with a focus on Human Centered Design.
  
• Lead UI/UX design and ADA compliance efforts.
  
• Follow project processes as directed by managers.
  
• Use agile development methods.
  
• Work with developers and teams for integration alignment with other products.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or a similar field.
  
• Minimum 34 years of web development experience with Microsoft SQL Server React and C#.
  
• Experience in frontend web development UI/UX design HumanCentered Design and ADA Compliance is essential.
  
• Microsoft Azure certification is a plus.
  
• Indepth understanding of web development best practices standards and tools.
  
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  
• Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication abilities.
  
• Experience with utilizing AI / Copilot in software development or use in increasing developer productivity is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an Agile environment with daily scrums sprint planning and retrospectives.
  
• Technically qualified applicants should also have the following personal and team skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
