Job Title: Merchant Onboarding Executive

Location: PAN India (Field)

Job Type: Freelance

We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join our Merchant Onboarding team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and onboard merchants from various industries onto our BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) transaction app. You will also guide them through the process of completing transactions via UPI and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential merchants from targeted industries.
  

• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the B2B platform.
  

• Assist merchants in the onboarding process and ensure their successful registration.
  

• Educate merchants on how to process transactions via UPI and credit cards.
  

• Provide postonboarding support to help merchants navigate the app and maximize its features.
  

Merchant Categories to Target:

• Wholesalers
  

• Distributors
  

• Pharmacies
  

• Retail Shops (e.g. Kirana stores stationery shops)
  

• Electronics Stores (e.g. mobile shops appliance stores)
  

• Apparel and Footwear Stores
  

• Restaurants and Cafes
  

• Furniture Stores
  

• Logistics and Transportation providers
  

Payout Structure:

• User Onboarding: 150 per successful onboarding
  

• UPI Transactions (greater than 500): 100 per transaction
  

• Credit Card Transactions (greater than 1000): 100 per transaction
  

Payment Schedule:

• BiMonthly (based on performance and completed transactions)
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to explain technical details in a simple manner.
  

• Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
  

• Field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  

• Familiarity with digital payments (UPI/Credit Card) is preferred.
