Job Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daytoday operations at construction sites.
Responsibilities:
. Supervise and manage construction activities onsite
. Ensure that work is carried out according to the project schedule and specifications
. Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other construction professionals
. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
. Keep accurate records of construction progress and materials used
. Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members
Requirements:
13 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Diploma or degree in construction management or related field is preferred
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
