Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should have excellent bilingual capabilities and team skills
  • Shall be required to discuss with customer and BA s about the business requirement customize Guidewire product with GOSU based on the requirement create UT test cases executes the test cases and discuss with offshore Guidewire Center of Excellence(COE) periodically
  • Confirm functional and nonfunctional requirements with the client or project members
  • Design and Development of modules and programs
  • Developing UT IT and ST Test Cases
  • Supporting UAT
  • Similar related activities on development maintenance and upgrade projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent
  • At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Guidewire Configuration / Integration / Upgrade projects
  • Written and spoken Japanese (native or nearnative level N2 or N1 level is required)
  • Written and spoken English in Business level
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agile project
  • At least 5 years of experience in Insurance industry
  • Handson experience with PCF configuration Typelist Entity Batch Business Rule configuration GOSU GW Technical upgrade tool Web Services and XML on GW Ver 9.x and above
Preferred:
  • At least 8 years of experience working in an onsite/offshore business model project with multilingual environment
  • Guidewire Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
