We are urgently seeking Technical Customer Support Specialists to assist customers with product features technical issues and inquiries related to ecommerce software hardware and wireless connectivity. You will be the voice of a wellknown client ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through various communication channels (voice email chat). This role requires strong communication skills a passion for helping others and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational) Saturday and Sunday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
