Job Description
- Ensure all desserts and pastries are prepared and presented in a timely manner, adhering to service standards.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to coordinate dessert preparation with other sections.
- Assist in the preparation of special event and seasonal dessert menus, contributing creative ideas and expertise.
- Adhere to the kitchen’s quality standards, including portion control, presentation, and flavor profile.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head Chef or management team.
