Due to the increase in projects from PoC to full development (system production deployment) we are establishing a new development engineering team. We are looking for a playing manager to lead the establishment of the team while leading the engineering of full development.Specifically you will promote the development of systems/services using machine learning in collaboration with our solution designers machine learning engineers and external partner companies. Additionally you will be responsible for guiding and developing our machine learning engineers in terms of system development recruiting new development engineers and team building.

Job Description:

Leading the development of systems/services using machine learning

Implementing models created by machine learning engineers into systems. Even if you have limited knowledge of machine learning at the time of joining you can catch up after joining.

Supporting the improvement of machine learning models from an operational perspective stablishing recruiting and developing the system development engineering team

Minimum Requirements

Over 3 years of backend development experience using Java PHP Go Python Rust etc.

Experience in system development utilizing cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)Experience in designing and building infrastructure (both onpremises and cloud)

Skills in designing and building RDB (Relational Database)

Basic knowledge of machine learning understanding the difference between supervised and unsupervised learning

Practical experience from requirement definition to design implementation testing and operation of systems

Experience in code management using GitHub or GitLab

Experience as a project Management

Experience in designing system architectures that ensure usability cost optimization and security

Over six months of experience in mentoring less experienced engineers
