Job Description
ESS Education in Leipzig is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant (f/m/x). We offer flexible work hours with parttime or fulltime options. Only candidates currently residing in Germany are eligible to apply.
Tasks
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist with account management.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Must be located in Germany.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
