Job Description
ESS Education in Dortmund is hiring an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant (f/m/x). We offer flexible working hours with parttime or fulltime options. Only candidates currently residing in Germany will be considered.
Tasks
- Provide online customer support.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Assist with order processing and tracking.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Support the team with administrative tasks.
- Gather feedback to improve service.
Requirements
- Must be located in Germany.
