Overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and SEOfriendly content for online channels.
• Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
• Support the email marketing efforts by assisting in the creation and distribution of email campaigns.
• Assist in the development and optimization of landing pages and other digital assets.
• Contribute to the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Assist in the coordination of digital advertising efforts including PPC campaigns and display ads.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to propose innovative ideas.
• Help in the creation of performance reports and presentations for digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide general support to the digital marketing team in various tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across digital channels.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the companys digital marketing calendar and schedules.
• Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts.

Required qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices for business usage.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in approaching digital marketing challenges.
• Prior experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Hootsuite or MailChimp is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools used in the digital marketing landscape.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in executing digital marketing activities.
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach in taking on new responsibilities and learning opportunities.
