Senior Manager Marketing

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and manage a 360degree marketing strategy across online and offline channels. This individual will oversee a Creative Marketing Manager Branding Manager Social Content Executive Creative Designer and an Operations Manager. The role requires strong leadership skills a sense of urgency and the ability to drive topline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals.
• Oversee merchandising and buying strategies working closely with a team of buyers based in Singapore and consultants in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders partners and sponsors.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align marketing efforts with the brand's vision and goals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive in the fashion and beauty industries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience ideally within the fashion or beauty sectors
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Business Communications or equivalent
• Strong understanding of merchandising and the multilabel brand environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; ability to be a connector and manage relationships effectively.
• Competencydriven with the ability to work closely with the hiring manager and manage expectations.
• Growth mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and problemsolving.
