This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the contract generation (quality practice and continuous improvement).
• Responsible for commercial and legal affairsrelated content bidding.
• Develop the contract solution preparation modification and consolidation.
• Identify commercial & legal risks develop mitigation solutions and implement the result.
• Responsible for disclosing risks in contract clauses.
• Leading regular scanning of the accounts contract risks.
• Performing contract handover and ensure that key information such as contract responsibilities rights risks and assumptions is completely transferred.
• Leading in the output of the transaction conventions and contract management guide of the account.

Qualifications:

• Having bachelor degree in related fields.
• 5 years working experiences that related to commercial contract management.
• Fluncy in Mandarin is a must.
• Able to negotiate with customers (Good Communication).
• Experienced with handling multiple projects.
• Willing to work in South Jakarta Indonesia.
