As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative you ll play a crucial role in guiding selfemployed clients through the intricacies of tax credit applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals who missed work due to COVID19 secure valuable tax credits from the IRS. • Guide clients through tax credit application processes providing clear explanations and support
  
• Conduct followup calls to ensure application completion and address client concerns
  
• Seamlessly switch between English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base
  
• Relay critical information issues or client needs to the internal team
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate client records
  
• Utilize various software tools including Windows and Google Suite applications
  
• Multitask effectively while managing a high volume of client interactions
  
• Stay informed about evolving tax credit regulations and company procedures
  

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Windows and Google Suite applications
  
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple understandable terms
  
• Comfortable discussing financial matters and handling sensitive information
  
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  
• Pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor
  
• 510 years of customer service experience preferred
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
  
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
