Senior Head of Facility Management

Company Overview:

Our client a leading international company based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee operations across multiple commercial residential and industrial properties. The company is renowned for delivering highquality facility management services with a focus on sustainable solutions and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Facility Manager you will lead the planning development and management of facilities ensuring all assets are maintained to the highest standards. You will oversee daytoday operations including maintenance safety protocols compliance budgeting and longterm sustainability strategies. This role will require a proactive leader who can manage a large team while driving performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Facility Management: Develop implement and manage a comprehensive facility management strategy aligned with business goals.
  
• Operational Oversight: Manage the maintenance repair and renovation of facilities ensuring optimal functioning of systems like HVAC electrical and plumbing.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a large multidisciplinary team of technicians contractors and support staff ensuring toptier service delivery.
  
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets forecasting and capital expenditure plans while maintaining cost control.
  
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor relationships ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
  
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations and health and safety standards.
  
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders addressing any concerns and ensuring service excellence.
  
• Sustainability Initiatives: Implement environmentally sustainable practices driving energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 15 years of experience in Facility Management with a strong background in managing large commercial or industrial properties.
  
• Education: Degree in Engineering Facilities Management or a related field is preferred. Certifications like IFMA BIFM or LEED are advantageous.
  
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex projects.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in facility management systems including electrical HVAC plumbing and energy management systems.
  
• Compliance: Indepth knowledge of local regulatory requirements including health and safety laws in Saudi Arabia.
