Job Description

As a SAP HCM Consultant you will:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for business key players and process owners ensuring clear communication and alignment between teams.
  • Drive structural improvements in SAP HR interfaces to enhance data quality across multiple backend systems and clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee SAP HRrelated incidents to ensure they are resolved from an endtoend perspective reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
  • Lead the architectural decisionmaking process for SAP HR systems ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Manage SAP HRrelated upgrades and ensure smooth transitions during system improvements or changes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize processes and implement innovative SAP HR solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 7 years of experience in a role such as Business Process Analyst Functional SAP HCM Consultant or similar positions.
  • Deep handson experience with SAP HR including customizing and integration with other systems like Workday.
  • A thorough understanding of SAP HCM module functionalities and the ability to optimize them for business needs.
  • SAP HCM certification is preferred demonstrating your advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
  • Experience working as an IT Business Partner bridging the gap between IT solutions and business requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading IT projects or initiatives related to SAP HR systems demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable IT solutions ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions that improve the overall SAP HR landscape.
  • Customize SAP HR modules to meet the unique needs of different clients while ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Manage multiple SAP HR interfaces and integrations including troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
  • Develop and present solutions that align with both business and technical stakeholders ensuring a seamless implementation process.
  • Stay updated on SAP HR advancements and continuously improve your expertise to bring innovative solutions to the table.
