Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Work Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: Flexi time
Salary: Php 20000
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative would be:
Conduct followup calls email and chat support on existing customers to check customer satisfaction and offer further assistance
Filling forms and appointment setting tasks
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing customer requests.
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications as a Customer Service Representative:
Fluency in English is required
12 years of Customer service and outbound calling experience is preferred
Preferably with work experience in a spa service support
Preferably with Go High Level experience or commitment to learn Go High Level before starting with the client
Knows Google sheet Gmail Grasshopper Whatsapp and Accuity
With experience in form filling and appointment setting
Proven experience in customer service preferably in a salesoriented environment with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction
Excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude in handling a high volume of calls and inquiries
Strong sales acumen and ability to upsell to existing clients
Friendly positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
High school/college diploma general education degree or equivalent.
Comfortable using computers and experience with customer support.
Familiarity with CRMs and phone dialing systems.
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to work unsupervised and willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
