Position Overview: Driving Outsourcing Excellence

As a People Business Partner you will focus on cultivating robust trusted and influential relationships with key stakeholders including clients employees Department and Division Heads. Your approach will be characterized by responsiveness promptness and a collaborative mindset in all interactions. In this role you will serve as a valuable resource by offering HR policy guidance and interpretation ensuring clarity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities: Steering Success

Business Partnership

  • Builds strong trusted and influential relationships with stakeholders clients employees Department and Division Heads by being responsive prompt and collaborative in all dealings.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation and consults with management when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Operations Team to develop sound HR solutions programs and policies to put forward to clients.
  • Provides guidance and input to clients on business unit structures/restructures workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Assesses and anticipates human resourcesrelated needs of clients and employees.

Employee Relations Engagement and Retention

  • Provides appropriate feedback and resolution to employee concerns promptly.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Initiates and drives employee engagement activities rewards and recognition
  • Conducts regular touchpoints with employees through 1on1s small group meetings and FGDs results of which are consolidated into a report with insights and action items.
  • Conducts exit interviews and forwards a report to the employee s Immediate Superior and Business Unit Head.

Performance Management

  • Conducts recommends and fulfills probationary and annual performance review.
  • Executes employee movements including change in employment status promotion merit increase and related salary reviews.
  • Provides performance management guidance to clients employees and People Managers through performance interventions such as coaching counseling and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

Career Management and Learning and Development

  • Facilitates career development discussions with clients and talents.
  • Identifies and grows future leaders and runs the required programs and training initiatives to help the leaders succeed.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual training needs in collaboration with the Learning and Development Team.
  • Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of the success of training programs. Followups to ensure training objectives are met.

Employee Discipline

  • Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Consults HR Leaders on decisions and appropriate course of action as needed or whenever required.
  • Enforces company policies including the Code of Conduct by facilitating learning sessions or roadshows and handling the discipline management process.
  • Manages and resolves endtoend complex disciplinerelated issues by conducting effective thorough and objective investigations.

Compliance and Occupational Safety & Health (in collaboration with Facilities & Admin)

  • Implements maintains and inspects health and safety standards in the workplace.
  • Provides safety management advice monitoring and reporting.
  • Engages employees in programs that ensure safe practice in the workplace and conducts training or meetings to share best practice techniques.
  • Ensures compliance with protocols and standards set by government agencies like DOLE PEZA BOI etc.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Abide by and perform all functions duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course.
  • Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives.
  • Perform any administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by any of the Company s representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment.




Requirements

Qualifications: Essential Skills for Success

  • Bachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a fastpaced environment in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel handson experience in building dashboards via Excel and working knowledge with data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to multitask and must have the ability to initiate lead and work under minimal to nil supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Has a growth mindset is comfortable in challenging status quo and demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • Excellent client relationship building collaboration and engagement skills has strong sense of customer service integrity accountability and responsibility.
  • Must have solid experience in Labor Laws government regulations compliance requirements policy development and implementation discipline management performance management talent development client management and strategic business partnering.
  • Must be knowledgeable and skilled with change processes in complex organizational systems.
  • Must have experience in leading and implementing an account/programspecific project.
  • The candidate must be willing to work on a night shift schedule and willing to report onsite.
