Job Description

As a General Virtual Assistant you will be an integral part of our client s team contributing to the seamless flow of our operations. Your role encompasses a wide array of tasks that keep our business running smoothly. From managing emails and scheduling appointments to orchestrating the organization of vital documents you will be the linchpin of our client s administrative efficiency. Your prowess with Xero accounting software will shine as you handle intricate tasks such as bookkeeping invoicing and bank reconciliations. With an eye for detail you will maintain precise and uptodate financial records generating comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights.

Shift: Morning Shift Mon Fri 8:00 AM5:00 PM NZST (4am to 1pm MNL time)
Work Setup: Onsite Ortigas
Salary: PHP 35000 to 50000

Steer the Wheel of Impact: Key Roles in Our Clean Machine

  • Perform general administrative tasks including managing emails scheduling appointments and organizing documents.
  • Assist with Xero accounting software tasks such as bookkeeping invoicing and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using Xero accounting software.
  • Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities ensuring timely payments and followups.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as clients vendors and accountants to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research on industryrelated topics and prepare reports or presentations as required.
  • Provide general support to team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Requirements

Fuel for Success: The Skills That Keep You in the Fast Lane

  • Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant or in a similar role with a minimum of 23 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Xero accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to report onsite at the Ortigas office Monday to Friday 4am to 1pm.
