Your Role as an Italian Customer Support Specialist:

• Provide topnotch customer service via email and phone for British Airways customers.
• Assist with flight changes cancellations lost baggage claims and other travelrelated inquiries.
• Communicate efficiently with customers ensuring prompt responses and maintaining a positive professional attitude.
• Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level).
• Experience in the airline industry or in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
• Ability to work in a contact centre environment.
