Your Role as an Italian Customer Support Specialist:
- Provide topnotch customer service via email and phone for British Airways customers.
- Assist with flight changes cancellations lost baggage claims and other travelrelated inquiries.
- Communicate efficiently with customers ensuring prompt responses and maintaining a positive professional attitude.
- Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level).
- Experience in the airline industry or in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to work in a contact centre environment.
