Role Description
The role of the Talent Partner is to get involved in all aspects of the talent lifecycle across the APAC region. On a daytoday basis the role will report into the APAC Finance Manager and globally to the Group CPO based in London.
Key responsibilities
Manage the daytoday HR activities and administrative duties
Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data in the HRIS System
Oversee compliance with local labour laws and regulations across APAC countries
Provide first point of support to managers and employees on HR related queries (eg: benefits policies procedures performance)
Engage in the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment onboarding induction and offboarding
Process new hires including countryspecific onboarding documentation and coordination of inductions.
Maintain HR data integrity by conducting regular audits
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting with guidance from the Finance Manager and CPO.
Support performance management processes and manage changes to employment terms. Eg: salaries and job titles.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including application for work visas employment agreements annual leave and benefits administration.
Drive Talent processes and support global projects eg: engagement training culture initiatives.
About You
Experience in a similar HR role within the APAC region
Experience of Singapore is essential Australia Philippines Indonesia preferred
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software. Deel Teamtailor Linkedin preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
High degree of accuracy and attention to details
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
Working towards HR professional qualification CIPD/ SHRM / HRCI or other desirable.
