Your mission

• Lead the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer calls for key positions in IT Marketing and Finance
• Select the most suitable channels and approaches to find the right candidates
• Utilize your deep understanding of our target groups to proactively source and engage top talent
• Work closely and as a team with the hiring managers to find the best possible fit for the team
• Organize and participate in People & Culture projects including career fairs MeetUps workshops and other events that promote our employer brand

• You have a proven track record in recruitment ideally with experience in hiring for tech roles
• You balance empathy with assertiveness enabling you to be a trusted partner for hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience

• You stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest recruiting trends and tools contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our processes
• Fluency in both German and English is essential as our internal communications are bilingual
