Business yst Treasury Operations

We are seeking a toptier Business Analyst (BA). This role is integral to the success of a highimpact project and requires someone with strong finance and treasury knowledge operational model expertise and exceptional project support skills. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of key artefacts and operating principles for the programme.

This is a strategic role with the ideal candidate having a background in banking or treasury preferably from a consulting background such as Big4 with operational model experience. The BA will play a vital support role ensuring alignment with the programmes objectives but it is not a typical IT BA position.

Tasks

• Support the design and development of the Treasury Programme.
• Define principles create artefacts and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide project support by organizing meetings tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of strategic frameworks and business models that align with treasury functions.
• Support in defining operational processes procedures and governance models.
• Develop and maintain key project documentation ensuring all artefacts are uptodate and accurately reflect the programmes objectives.
• Assist in the management of programme governance and reporting.

Requirements

• Finance and Treasury Knowledge: Strong understanding of treasury processes and functions within a banking environment.
• Operating Model Experience: Proven track record in operational model design preferably for large complex programmes.
• Business Analyst Expertise: Experienced in gathering requirements producing highquality documentation and facilitating workshops.
• Project Support: Skilled in providing strategic project support organizing activities and assisting in delivering the overall programme.
• Consulting Background (ideal): ExBig4 experience or similar with a strong focus on banking and treasury consulting projects.
• Banking Expertise: Experience working in strategic banking projects with a focus on treasury operations is essential.
• Personal Attributes: Smart ambitious hardworking and willing to play a crucial support role in a largescale programme.
