Finance Clerk

We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Finance Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records processing transactions and ensuring accuracy in all financial operations.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices payments and financial transactions.
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare and submit financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with VAT returns and other taxrelated duties.
• Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent with a qualification in finance or accounting (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and accounting software (e.g. Pastel QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
