We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Lab Assistant to support our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily lab operations ensuring that equipment is maintained and experiments are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and conducting laboratory experiments and tests.
• Prepare and label samples solutions and other lab materials.
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Record and analyze data from experiments and tests.
• Ensure that safety guidelines and protocols are followed at all times.
• Manage and organize laboratory inventory and supplies.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as filing reports and maintaining lab logs.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent with a background in science or labrelated studies.
• Basic understanding of lab procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer programs.
• Prior lab experience is advantageous but not required.
