We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will handle various tasks from filing to answering phones and contribute to an efficient work environment.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and other communications.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Organize and file important documents both digital and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Handle general office maintenance and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
